Technical Account Manager

Owning complex SaaS customer relationships where adoption, renewals, technical problem solving, and executive communication all have to work together.

I bring 7+ years across customer success, technical account management, implementation, onboarding, and SaaS operations. My strongest work happens when technical complexity starts affecting people: customers, internal teams, executives, support, product, and engineering. I connect the dots without adding more noise.

How I Think

Technical Account Management is not just account coverage. It is understanding how a technical issue affects the customer, the internal team, and the business relationship at the same time.

Trust is built through ownership, clarity, and follow-through.

When technical complexity reaches the customer, the work is no longer just troubleshooting. It becomes coordination, translation, expectation-setting, and steady ownership across everyone involved.

I connect customer impact, internal context, and next actions so executives know what is happening, administrators feel supported, and Product or Engineering has the detail needed to move the issue forward.

My goal is to reduce friction before it compounds and make the customer experience feel actively owned, not passed around.

The work behind healthier technical accounts.

These are the situations where I tend to add the most value: messy, cross-functional, customer-visible problems where communication and execution both matter.

High-touch enterprise accounts

Keeping complex customers aligned, informed, and moving toward value after implementation.

Escalations with moving parts

Coordinating Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and customer stakeholders without losing ownership.

Executive communication

Translating operational or technical complexity into clear updates that reduce anxiety and build trust.

Technical translation

Turning customer symptoms into useful internal context, and turning internal updates into customer-ready language.

Adoption and renewal risk

Spotting signals early, connecting them to customer goals, and turning vague risk into practical next steps.

Account visibility

Creating cleaner ways to track customer health, QBR context, follow-up, risks, and next actions.
