I had a very positive experience working with Christy. We were colleagues on a SaaS customer support team. Christy excelled in customer interactions. She has a strong customer-focused skill set, including empathy, problem-solving, and persistence. I remember a specific instance when Christy was handling a case outside of her normal scope, but rather than transfer it (which would extend the client's wait time and create a negative experience) she made the extra effort to identify the proper expert and meet with them to obtain the resolution. Christy is also organized and efficient. Additionally, she was a joy to work with. I always appreciated her passion and her humor.

Working with Christy, both directly and indirectly, was nothing less than an absolute pleasure. Her positive attitude, attention to detail and commitment to the work was endlessly essential to the success of any team she was a part of. I always knew her to be proactive and unafraid of new challenges and opportunities. Her workplace prowess can only be outshined by what an exceptional person she is overall. Along with her patience, her abilities to learn and adapt make her an asset to any endeavor. I have met few individuals as versatile and dedicated as Christy and I have no doubt that she will maintain her consistency in this.

I had the pleasure of closely working with Christine for about 2 years. During that time I knew her to be a colleague who consistently showed up with enthusiasm, leadership, professionalism, and care. She was a seasoned employee when I started working at the business, and she took me under her wing, of her own accord, and with no benefit to herself besides that she simply wanted to. I cannot recommend her more highly for all potential opportunities within any company.
