Implementation Manager

Leading customers from signed contract to confident adoption through structured onboarding, clear ownership, and faster time-to-value.

I bring 7+ years across implementation, onboarding, customer success, technical account management, and SaaS operations. My strongest work happens when a customer journey has too many moving parts: unclear ownership, competing priorities, documentation gaps, and handoffs that can easily lose context.

How I Think

Implementation is not just following a checklist. It is understanding how expectations, ownership, training, documentation, and handoffs affect whether customers actually reach value.

Successful implementations begin long before go-live.

Implementation work gets difficult when expectations drift, ownership is unclear, or customers are learning a new workflow while internal teams are still aligning around the details.

I bring structure to those moments by clarifying responsibilities, documenting decisions, anticipating roadblocks, and keeping customers and internal teams moving from uncertainty toward confidence.

For me, implementation is successful when customers understand what they built, why it matters, and how to keep using it after the project plan closes.

The work behind cleaner launches and stronger adoption.

These are the situations where I tend to add the most value: onboarding work where customers need structure, internal teams need visibility, and success depends on more than checking boxes.

Complex onboarding

Turning implementation work into a clear path with defined milestones, owners, and next steps.

Stakeholder coordination

Keeping customers, internal teams, and decision-makers aligned through shifting priorities and timelines.

Documentation gaps

Creating clearer resources so customers and internal teams are not forced to rely on memory or scattered notes.

Process ambiguity

Clarifying ownership, dependencies, readiness criteria, and what needs to happen before go-live.

Customer readiness

Making sure users understand the workflow well enough to adopt the product confidently after launch.

Cross-functional handoffs

Preserving customer context as accounts move from sales to implementation to post-launch ownership.
