Customer Success Manager

Helping SaaS customers realize value through proactive account ownership, adoption strategy, risk detection, and clear customer communication.

I bring 7+ years across customer success, technical account management, implementation, onboarding, and SaaS operations. My strongest work happens when customer signals start to show friction: declining engagement, repeated questions, training gaps, renewal risk, and unclear ownership. I turn those signals into practical next steps before they become churn.

How I Think

Customer Success is not just relationship management. It is understanding how product usage, customer confidence, internal alignment, and business value influence each other over time.

Retention improves when friction is noticed early and acted on clearly.

When customers start asking the same questions, disengaging from the product, missing milestones, or relying too heavily on support, those signals usually point to a deeper gap in confidence, clarity, or perceived value.

I look beyond the immediate request to understand what is happening across the customer experience, then turn scattered signals into clear next steps for the customer and the internal team.

My goal is not just customer satisfaction. It is helping customers become confident enough to use the product successfully without needing constant rescue.

The work behind stronger customer outcomes.

These are the situations where I tend to add the most value: customer relationships where adoption, trust, education, and internal follow-through all affect retention.

Declining engagement

Identifying usage drops, missed touchpoints, and customer silence before they become renewal risk.

Adoption gaps

Helping customers move from initial setup to confident, repeatable use of the product.

Customer health signals

Turning scattered account activity, support patterns, and stakeholder feedback into clearer priorities.

Training and enablement

Creating resources and guidance that reduce repeat questions and help customers self-serve with confidence.

Churn and renewal risk

Connecting risk indicators to practical next steps that protect customer trust and long-term value.

Customer advocacy

Bringing customer context back to internal teams so Product, Support, and CS can act with better visibility.
